What counts as a denial worked?
One denied claim line that Yeam triages and drafts a response for. Re-drafting the same denial after a payer's second denial counts once more; re-reading it doesn't.
Where do the savings figures come from?
From what working a denial by hand costs: about $57 each (Premier, 2023) and 30 minutes of staff time. Change both under “Adjust the assumptions.” They are not dollars recovered; we won't quote those until the 835 feed can show them.
Why does a bigger plan cost less per denial?
Every paid plan is the same product. The monthly fee buys a lower rate on each denial worked, so the right plan is whichever your volume makes cheapest. The calculator picks it for you.
When is the free worklist enough?
Under 30 denials a month, start there. It gives the remedy and filing deadline for each denial, and you can add drafting on Practice whenever you want it.
Why is Network priced on request?
Past 1,000 denials a month, the payer mix and the feed work move the number more than the denial count does. Publishing a rate we'd renegotiate in the first call is worse than saying so.
Why is the worklist free?
It runs entirely in your browser, so it costs us nothing to serve and carries no PHI. It's also the honest way to show what the engine knows before you pay anything.
What does Yeam keep?
The free worklist runs in your browser and keeps nothing. The paid product keeps each claim's number, payer, codes, amounts and dates, encrypted, so it can track your deadlines. Patient name, member ID and date of birth are dropped at upload and never stored. Live claim data runs only under a signed BAA.
Do we need a BAA?
Not for the free worklist: your file never leaves your machine. Any paid plan touching real claim data does, and we sign one before a pilot starts.
